Three things we'll explore together

Personal experiences

Individual experiences vary. These stories are not promises of health outcomes.

A different relationship with my body

I have had PCOS for over 10 years and have relied on medication to get my periods. Over time, I grew so frustrated and angry about having to take tablets that I eventually stopped taking them altogether.

During one of my sessions with Anindita, we talked at length about how I could change my perspective on the whole process and explored different possibilities. That conversation brought a sense of lightness to me and my relationship with my body.

I started taking my multivitamins and period-related medication again, this time with a different mindset, not out of frustration, but as a way of supporting my body.

I understand that everyone's journey and experience are different, and this is simply what is working for me right now. I am learning to make conscious choices along the way, and my journey continues.

The biggest change has been in how I perceive my body and my menstrual cycle.

I am truly grateful to Anindita for helping me approach this journey with a little more understanding, compassion, and lightness. ❤️
